Yorktown police reported these recent incidents
– Triangle Shopping Center: Police charged three town teens with consuming alcohol in a public place, a violation of the town code, after Officers Timothy Kolkmann and Craig Scatola responded to the shopping center Saturday around 8 p.m. on a report of disorderly people in the lot. Charged were David Santucci, 19, of Winslow Drive, Gerard Fedro, 19, of Allan Avenue, and a 17-year-old male who police would not identify because he is eligible for youthful-offender status. The 17-year-old was also charged with disorderly conduct, a violation. The three are due in Town Court on Aug. 3.
– Mahopac Street: Damian A. Wallace, 24, of Front Street, Mahopac was charged Friday around 11:50 a.m. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, speeding and unlicensed operation, infractions. Officer Donald Peters made the arrest after stopping Wallace for speeding and determining that his license was suspended. He was released on $500 bail and ordered to appear in Town Court on July 13.
– Sultana Drive: Frank P. Sassano, 48, of Sultana Drive, was charged Thursday around 11 a.m. with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. He was involved in a domestic dispute and allegedly broke furniture and a window, police said. He was sent to the Westchester County jail in lieu of $1,000 bail and is due in Town Court on June 22.
