Yorktown police released information on these recent arrests:
Quaker Church Road: Donald E. Cebron, 57, of Quaker Church Road, Yorktown, was charged July 28 around 8:20 a.m. with third-degree menacing, a misdemeanor, after he physically menaced a pregnant woman during domestic dispute at his home. He is due in Town Court on Aug. 17. Officer Tom Nadoraski made the arrest.
Baldwin Road: Adrian M. Paz, 23, of North Malcolm Street, Ossining, was charged July 27 around 5:20 p.m. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors, and having an uninsured vehicle, an infraction, after a traffic stop by Officer Angel Garcia. She is due in Town Court on Aug. 31.
Apar Field: A Yorktown male, 18, was charged July 29 around 11:40 p.m. with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled, a misdemeanor, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, after Officer Ryan Noone saw him and a 15-year-old boy in a car parked at the closed field. Noone found cocaine and marijuana in the car. The 15-year-old was charged with juvenile delinquency — misdemeanor drug possession.
Crompond Road: Mark Bernadini, 54, of Somerset Road, Somers, was charged Aug. 1 around 2 p.m. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a misdemeanor, after Officer Sam Sansone stopped him for crossing a double-yellow line, an infraction., He is due in Town Court on Sept. 2.
Police headquarters: James D. Kearney, 38, of Stoney Brook Court, Columbus N.J., was charged July 29 around 4:30 p.m. with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor, based on a July 6 complaint that Kearney had threatened other people in a phone conversation. Officer Timothy Kolkmann made the arrest.
Sharon Lane: Police charged a 16-year-old Yorktown girl with harassment, a violation, on July 31 around 3 p.m. after she injured another person during a domestic dispute.
Kear Street: Nicholas P. Guzzo, 21, of Granite Springs Road, Yorktown, and David A. Brown III, 21 of Rancho Drive, Cortlandt, were charged July 30 around 2 a.m. with obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, misdemeanors, and disorderly conduct, a violation, after several officers responded to a report of an altercation outside Murphy’s Pub. Police said the two interfered with their investigation. They are due in Town Court on Aug. 31.
Route 202: Louis Murray, 25, of Furnace Dock Road, Cortlandt, was charged Aug. 3 around 10:30 p.m. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and driving a vehicle with a suspended registration, misdemeanors, after a traffic stop by Officer Michael Madaus. Murray is due in Town Court on Sept. 2.
Stony Street: Barak J. Stevenson, 20, of the Bronx and a 17-year-old Bronx young man were charged Aug. 2 around 10:40 a.m. with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, based on a July 31 complaint that they allegedly assaulted a third person at the Phoenix Academy. Officer Stephen Bobker made the arrest.
Pleasantview Court: Michael Gomes, 21, of Yorktown was charged Aug. 4 around 7:30 p.m. with petty larceny, a misdemeanor, after he stole an iPod valued at $300 from a person’s car while in the car. Officer Robert Doerr arrested Gomes at his residence.
Police headquarters: Jonathan Tozzo, 19, of Oriole Court, Yorktown, was arrested Aug. 4 around 8 a.m. as a fugitive from justice. The New Castle County Sheriff’s Office in Delaware wanted Tozzo in connection with a July 31 burglary, police said.
