Westchester County Legislator John G. Testa, R-Peekskill, has been endorsed by the Affiliated Police Association of Westchester County in his reelection bid in District 1.
The APA is the blanket organization that represents 53 law enforcement organizations in Westchester County and represent over 10,000 members.
“We appreciate the fact that you have always been an advocate and strong supporter of the law enforcement community,” APA 1st vice president and Legislative Director Robert Buckley said in a press release.
“I am extremely proud to have this endorsement, Testa said. “The law enforcement community members risk their lives every day to protect us and keep us safe. I have always been a steadfast supporter of all they do and will make sure that, as county legislator, I will continue to do all I can to provide them with the support they deserve to do the dangerous and critical service they provide to all they protect.”
