X biking in Peekskill

Posted by: Robert Marchant - Posted in Uncategorized on Feb 03, 2012

A spinning class in Peekskill is adding some new elements to the work-out routine.

X-biking is the latest addition at the Energy Movement Center at 925 South Street.

Here’s an announcement about the offerings at the spinning facility:

We teach to a wide spectrum of age, fitness levels and physical types. No matter what one’s fitness level is, our clients build strength, endurance, cardiovascular capacity, improve their balance, and have a really good time doing it.

After you start an X-Biking program with us and become acclimated to the bike and the class (usually after four rides), we start adding elements to your ride to address your specific needs as well as to keep the ride interesting for you.

A typical X Biking class is split between 40 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes of some form of stretch. During the stretch session, we often suggest clients complement X Biking with another class offered at Energy Movement Center such as Yoga, Pilates Mat, Tai Chi, or dance.
