The Somers Lions is sponsoring a concert to benefit the Friends of Karen’s “Adopt-a-Family Holiday Gifts for Kids.” Friends of Karen offers free “vital, practical and comprehensive support” for families of children with life-threatening illnesses.
The concert will feature the 19-piece Norm Hathaway Big Band performing “Winter Wonderland.” The concert is from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9 at Somers Middle School auditorium. Tickets are $30 per person or $50 per couple; $20 for seniors and $10 for students.
